Bose SoundLink Micro
Bose has always been (and we believe always will be) one of the domineering sound system manufacturers. They’ve not only built a legacy, but continue to protect and improve it with little gems like the SoundLink Micro.
We’ve all seen the wave of Bluetooth speakers, seen the rise and fall of many different inexpensive units, but Bose doesn’t piggyback on attractive pricing. They put quality first, and as a result, you get nothing but the best of the best.
You get a thirty-foot range for Bluetooth connectivity. Where many Bluetooth speakers boast wide ranges (and fall flat), Bose ensures you get that full thirty feet of distance without connection interruptions. You can also utilize the speakerphone option from that distance, enacting your Google Assistant to help you make a phone call, or using your voice to answer calls right on the spot.
This mini machine gives you up to six hours of playback time, even if you’re putting it through its paces. We most often think of bringing a Bluetooth speaker to the beach or poolside, and if that’s what you have your heart set on, Bose doesn’t disappoint. You can completely submerge this unit, thanks to its IPX7 waterproof rating. That also helps prevent dust build-up, scratches, scuffs and minor cosmetic scrapes from showing up.
So it’s practically bulletproof. That isn’t enough to make it a viable product, and it wouldn’t hold true to the Bose name if the sound system was lacking. You’ll get an evenly balanced output of crisp, quality sound with a generous bass range. Turning the volume up to the limits shouldn’t interfere with clarity; that’s what separates Bose from the myriad of other Bluetooth beach speakers on the market.
