Asus is one of those laptop manufacturers that are serious when it comes to mobile gaming platforms. The brand is famous for its Republic of Gamers or ROG gaming laptops. Its latest creation, the Mothership, is out to redefine the way serious PC gamers play their games.
From the outside, the Mothership is unlike the other ROGs before it. It has a sportier look that is made more awesome by the use of an aluminum unibody shell. There are also three RAID 0 NVMe SSDs for lightning-quick data management. Two of these SSDs connect with the CPU for an astonishing 8,700 MB/second speed. The discrete graphics comes courtesy of Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 2080. Other gaming laptops come with 15.6-inch display. The Mothership features 17.3 inches of IPS real estate. Its G-Sync technology ensures no tearing and lower input lag.
